These terms cover your use of lasanlabs.com and www.lasanlabs.com, operated under the LaSan Labs brand by LaSan Media Private Limited. If you do not accept these website terms, please stop using the website.

2. Service information and project agreements

The website introduces our software, app development, ERP, HRMS and related services. An enquiry or discussion does not by itself create a software-development contract.

Deliverables, milestones, fees, payment terms, acceptance, support, confidentiality, data handling and intellectual-property ownership must be set out in a separate written proposal or agreement. That agreement governs the project if it differs from these website terms. No standard refund, cancellation or payment policy is established by this page.

3. Estimates and illustrative material

Project estimates and delivery dates depend on agreed requirements, client inputs and the written scope. Examples and graphics on the website explain possible solutions; they are not promises of financial returns, search rankings, performance or identical project outcomes.

4. Website content and ownership

The LaSan Labs branding and website material are owned by us or used under relevant permissions or licences. You may browse the site and share links. Reproducing protected material for another website or commercial use requires permission unless a licence or applicable law permits it.

Ownership and permitted use of software developed for clients are determined by the relevant project agreement, including any third-party or open-source components.

5. Acceptable use and submitted information

Do not use the website for unlawful activity, malicious files, spam, unauthorised access or actions that disrupt its operation. Do not impersonate another person or submit information you are not authorised to share.

You are responsible for the accuracy and lawful use of details you send. Our Privacy Policy explains how website-related information is handled.

6. Planning tools and external services

Browser-based planning tools provide general suggestions based on your inputs. Review their output for suitability before acting on it; it is not professional legal, financial or other regulated advice.
