1. Scope

This notice describes personal information associated with lasanlabs.com and www.lasanlabs.com, operated under the LaSan Labs brand by LaSan Media Private Limited. A separate project agreement or product notice may govern data handled within software we develop for a client.

2. Project enquiries and communications

The project form asks for your name, phone number, company, city, requested service and project brief. These details are used in your browser to prepare a WhatsApp message; the form does not submit them to a LaSan Labs website database.

Opening WhatsApp passes the prepared message to WhatsApp. You choose whether to send it, and LaSan Labs receives the information you send. Calls and emails likewise use the communication service you select. Please avoid including passwords, financial account details or sensitive personal records in an initial enquiry.

3. Planning tools and technical information

Our business planning tools generate their output in your browser. Their current implementation does not automatically send your inputs to LaSan Labs or an external AI service. The copy action writes a generated prompt to your clipboard when you request it.

Hosting and security providers may process IP addresses, request times, browser information and page requests to deliver the site, detect abuse and diagnose problems. External icon providers may receive similar connection information when their assets load.

4. Cookies and third-party services

The hosting provider may set cookies necessary for security and bot protection. No optional advertising pixels or analytics trackers are configured in the website application. Your browser lets you manage cookies, although blocking necessary cookies may affect access.

WhatsApp, email services and external websites have their own privacy terms. Information you share with them is also handled under those terms.

5. Use, sharing and international processing

We use communications to understand requirements, respond to enquiries, prepare estimates, deliver agreed work and maintain relevant business records. We do not sell or rent personal information.

Information may be handled by authorised team members and service providers needed for hosting or communication, or disclosed where legally required. Providers or remote collaborators may process information in countries other than your own. Project-specific data access and transfer arrangements should be agreed separately before sensitive client data is shared.

6. Retention and security

Communications and business records are retained for their purpose, including project administration and applicable legal requirements. Retention depends on the type of record; this notice does not set a fixed retention period for every enquiry.

We use reasonable safeguards and restrict access where appropriate. Online transmission and storage carry risks, and complete security cannot be promised.

7. Requests, choices and complaints

Contact admin@lasanlabs.com to ask about your information, request corrections or deletion, withdraw consent where relevant, or raise a privacy concern. Requests are handled subject to applicable law, identity verification and any required recordkeeping.

Where your local law provides additional privacy rights, those rights remain available. We will explain any reason a request cannot be fully fulfilled.

8. Children and policy updates

This business-services website is not directed at children. If you believe a child has shared personal information with us, contact us so we can assess and address it.
